Plans & Subscriptions

What is the difference between plans?

At zkipster, we offer pay-as-you-go (one-off events) and subscription (seasonal or annual) plans. NOTE: We don’t offer 1 month subscription plans

You can always start with a pay-as-you-go account and upgrade to a subscription anytime within your Account Settings!

What type of account works best for me?

Count the number of events your team, your organization and yourself are planning each year. If you plan up to 8 events, consider signing up for a subscription. If you want to be able to bill your event tech to your clients, consider a pay-per-event account.

You can always sign up for a Test Drive account to try before you buy! Reach out to our sales team through our chat or at sales@zkipster.com for any further questions if anything below doesn’t make sense.

Pay-as-you-go users can can select from three different single event licenses at the time of purchase.
  1. Starter Event
  2. Basic Event
  3. Professional Event

- editing event details, guest list details, guest details and event access remains possible after the event is over
- deleting guests and guest lists remains possible after the event is over

Subscription Plans

Professional account users subscribe for either 4 (seasonal) or 12 (annual) months and commit with an upfront payment. The professional subscription allows users to create unlimited professional events during runtime.

All features and services are available.

What other differences are there between pay-as-you-go and subscription accounts?

Pay-per-event accounts have no expiration date and are indefinitely accessible. Subscription accounts can view their reports and access their accounts as long as their subscription is active.

The default method of payment for all accounts is credit card. Subscription users can request wire transfer when setting up their account.

Further, to prevent fraudulent behavior, pay-as-you-go accounts come with an upload freeze. This feature disables guest name upload 72 hours after your event has taken place. This means: 72 hours after your event has taken place, no further guest lists can be uploaded.
NOTE: despite this freeze, pay-per-event users can access their account post event to retrieve event analytics. You can view the time of the upload freeze when creating your event. It is automatically set to the same hour of your event, but 72 hours later.
