Plans & Subscriptions
What is the difference between plans?
At zkipster, we offer pay-as-you-go (one-off events) and subscription (seasonal or annual) plans. NOTE: We don’t offer 1 month subscription plans
What type of account works best for me?Count the number of events your team, your organization and yourself are planning each year. If you plan up to 8 events, consider signing up for a subscription. If you want to be able to bill your event tech to your clients, consider a pay-per-event account.
Pay-as-you-go users can can select from three different single event licenses at the time of purchase.
- Starter Event
- Basic Event
- Professional Event
Starter EventThe Starter Event works best for intimate events with up to 250 guest names on the list. This plan will be specifically for the basics: uploading your guest list and checking in guests at the event. The Starter Event physical run time is 72 hours from event start to end date. Once the purchase is made it's possible log in and set up everything for your event at any time. You can use an unlimited amount of devices.
NOTE: If you have more than 250 guests you will want to purchase our Basic Event.
Basic EventThe Basic Event works best for medium-sized events with up to 750 guest names on the list. Guest picture sourcing is available within basic events. The Basic Event physical run time is 72 hours from event start to end date. Once the purchase is made it's possible to log in and set up everything for your event at any time. You can use an unlimited amount of devices.
NOTE: If you have more than 750 guests you will want to purchase our Professional Event.
Professional EventProfessional events work best for events with a guest list of more than 750 invited guests or with a certain level of planning complexity. The Professional Event physical run time is 7 days from event start to end date. Once the purchase is made it's possible to log in and set up everything for your event at any time. You can use an unlimited amount of devices.
NOTE: In addition to the above, the following rules apply for pay-per-event accounts:
- Once purchased and created, events cannot be deleted
- Event date and start time cannot be edited after the event is over
- Editing event details, guest list details, guest details and event access remains possible after the event is over
- Deleting guests and guest lists remains possible after the event is over
- To prevent fraudulent behavior, pay-as-you-go accounts come with an upload freeze. This feature disables guest name upload 72 hours after your event has taken place. This means: 72 hours after your event has taken place, no further guest lists can be uploaded.
NOTE: despite this freeze, pay-per-event users can access their account post event to retrieve event analytics. You can view the time of the upload freeze when creating your event. It is automatically set to the same hour of your event, but 72 hours later.
